Reporting to: Susie Clarke – Innovation PMO Manager Location: Cooranbong Office Site Status: Permanent Full-Time
The Role We are seeking expressions of interest for the role of innovation Project Manager. In this role, you’ll lead cross‑functional teams, manage timelines and resources, and ensure stakeholders are informed every step of the way. You’ll play a central part in shaping the future of our innovation pipeline bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to exciting new product and process initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the timely and efficient delivery of innovation projects
- Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
- Keeping key stakeholders informed on progress and risks
- Planning and allocating resources to meet project and business needs
- Exercising authority to organise meetings, utilise resources, and influence decision-making across the business
- Ensuring project delivery aligns with business goals and customer expectations

- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Project Management, Science, Marketing, Management or Engineering) or equivalent relevant experience demonstrating the knowledge and capability required for the role
- Ability to present & recommend decisions to the business
- Minimum 3 years experience in a food related FMCG area
- Conversant in software applications – MS Office suite including MS Project
