The Opportunity

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our Client Platforms team.

In this role, you'll help build, maintain and improve the technology platforms that support our global business. Working closely with development, infrastructure and security teams, you'll play a key role in automating processes, improving system reliability and enabling the efficient delivery of technology solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

• Supporting cloud and infrastructure environments

• Automating processes to improve efficiency and reliability

• Monitoring and improving system performance and availability

• Supporting security best practices across platforms and deployments

• Troubleshooting technical issues and contributing to incident resolution

• Collaborating with teams across Technology to deliver scalable solutions

• Maintaining documentation and supporting continuous improvement initiatives

What You'll Bring

We're interested in hearing from individuals who can demonstrate:

Essential

• Experience in a DevOps, Cloud Engineering or similar role

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation practices

• Experience working with cloud-based platforms and infrastructure

• Scripting and automation capabilities

• Understanding of monitoring, logging and system observability

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams

Desirable

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• Knowledge of containerisation and orchestration technologies

• Experience with APIs and microservices

• Understanding of cloud security and DevOps best practices

• Experience within a regulated or financial services environment
