The Sr. Technical Analyst will play a pivotal role within Lennar’s IT organization, leading the creation and implementation of advanced standards and processes to ensure quality and efficiency in technical documentation, technical testing, release management, and systems support. Top candidates will bring extensive experience in process creation/optimization, governance, strategic planning, and organization. Candidates should be prepared to drive best practices, oversee standard processes, and provide leadership and communication to their agile project teams.

Your Responsibilities on the Team 

  • Lead the definition, implementation, and management of processes for translating business requirements into technical design documentation.
  • Serve as a primary liaison and guide for the business and LTG teams, ensuring successful execution and resolution.
  • Develop and oversee the creation of technical documentation (process flows, specifications, development tasks) and execution plans/timelines (tasks, resources, timeline).
  • Display exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, providing leadership and guidance.
  • Maintain a detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities, and mentor junior analysts.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting team culture in a fast-paced setting.
  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Business Analysis and Support or a comparable role within a technology organization
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in financial tools and software for technical analysis, support and auditing (ERP-JDE, Microsoft Office, Service Now and Metaviewer)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Business Analysis, Troubleshooting and Security Analysis with ERP Systems – JDE E1
  • Experience in homebuilding and finance applications
  • Understanding of Sox /Audit Controls required to analyze Security Roles and access.
  • Collaboration with Business and CNC on access request exceptions.
  • Monitor Users Security Access and confirm provisioning is correct.   
  • Provide Service Now with updated security access changes. 
  • Support Audit, compliance and certification efforts by providing evidence, improving control and remediating findings.
  • Knowledge of Metaviewer (AP Management software)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Visio)

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
