We are looking for a highly experienced and commercially driven technology professional to lead business development, enterprise sales, and strategic customer engagements for advanced data and analytics solutions.
The role is suited for a senior sales or business development leader with a strong understanding of data warehousing, business intelligence, analytics, AI/ML, and enterprise technology solutions. You will be responsible for developing strategic accounts, identifying new business opportunities, building executive-level relationships, and driving revenue growth across complex enterprise sales cycles.
The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of technology understanding, consultative selling expertise, strategic account management, and proven success in enterprise business development.
Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute business development and enterprise sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities across enterprise accounts and strategic markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, data leaders, and other senior stakeholders.
- Understand customer business challenges and translate them into relevant data, analytics, and technology solutions.
- Drive consultative sales engagements across data warehousing, business intelligence, analytics, AI, and ML workloads.
- Manage complex, long-cycle enterprise sales opportunities from prospecting through negotiation and closure.
- Develop account plans, sales strategies, revenue forecasts, and opportunity pipelines.
- Conduct executive-level presentations, solution discussions, business reviews, and commercial negotiations.
- Work closely with technical, solution architecture, marketing, and delivery teams to develop compelling customer solutions.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing strategic accounts and build long-term customer relationships.
- Develop partnerships and strategic alliances that can contribute to market and revenue growth.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and account activity.
- Lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions while ensuring alignment with customer and business objectives.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales, revenue, pipeline, and business development targets.
What Makes You a Great Fit• 14+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, business development, strategic accounts, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of driving B2B enterprise sales and revenue growth for technology products or solutions.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, AI/ML, and enterprise data platforms.
- Experience selling complex technology solutions with long and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Strong network and experience engaging CXO-level and senior technology decision-makers.
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, develop, and close large enterprise opportunities.
- Strong understanding of account planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales strategy.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value and commercial outcomes.
- Experience collaborating with technical, presales, solution architecture, marketing, and delivery teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven focus on revenue, profitability, and customer growth.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.
- Highly proactive, target-driven, strategic, and comfortable operating in a competitive enterprise technology environment.
