Business Analyst

This is your mission

Are you passionate about data, finance processes, and stakeholder collaboration?

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and evolving critical reporting and data management applications. Acting as the interface between business teams, project stakeholders, and technical teams, you will ensure the quality, reliability, and continuous improvement of reporting and financial data solutions.

Build side:

• Gather, analyze, and formalize business and functional requirements.

• Support project delivery activities and contribute to solution enhancements.

• Define, execute, and validate test plans and testing campaigns.

• Produce and maintain project documentation, including release notes, validation reports, and functional specifications.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.

• Contribute to process improvements and reporting chain evolutions.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and project governance activities when applicable.

Run side:

• Administer and support business-critical reporting applications and data processes.

• Coordinate reporting and closing calendars with stakeholders.

• Manage and maintain reference data used across reporting solutions.

• Monitor daily production activities and perform data quality controls.

• Provide first-level support to end users and investigate functional issues.

• Maintain operational documentation and process guidelines.

• Execute operational and permanent control activities to ensure compliance and data reliability

This is your background

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.

• Proven experience in application administration and functional support.

• Experience defining, executing, and validating test plans.

• Experience working in complex and international environments.

• Previous experience in Banking, Finance, Risk, or Regulatory reporting environments is a strong advantage

Salary: From 25K€ to 34K€ (depending on experience) gross annual salary
