Join us as an Analyst ServiceNow Engineer, where you’ll help configure and support IRM, BCM, and compliance modules. You’ll work with senior developers to build workflows, maintain risk and compliance data, and support users across the business. This is a great opportunity to grow quickly and gain hands‑on experience with a leading enterprise platform.

What you will do:

  • Support configuration of IRM, BCM, and GRC modules.
  • Assist with workflow development and testing for risk, compliance, and continuity processes.
  • Help maintain risk registers, control libraries, and compliance records.
  • Prepare user guides and training materials.
  • Provide first‑line support for GRC questions and issues.
  • Test new features and enhancements to ensure they meet requirements.
  • Track progress of GRC system updates.
  • Follow governance and configuration standards.
  • Support audit logging and evidence collection.
  • Suggest workflow improvements based on user feedback.
  • Assist with other ServiceNow modules when needed.

What you will bring:

  • Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow IRM/BCM/GRC is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of risk or compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
  • Experience supporting testing or documentation activities.
  • Basic data analysis skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and user‑support skills.
  • Understanding of ITIL or incident/change processes is an advantage.
  • Preferred but not required: ServiceNow CSA, ITIL Foundation.
