Your Role

• Own end‑to‑end SLA management, including monitoring, reporting, reviews, and corrective actions.

• Lead demand management for SAP Retail, covering demand planning, forecasting, and prioritization.

• Manage and mentor cross‑functional delivery teams, ensuring performance and operational stability.

• Act as the primary client interface for service delivery, governance, and escalations.

• Drive operational excellence through KPI tracking, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

Your Profile

• Strong experience in Service Delivery Management within AMS / SAP environments.

• Stong experience in SAP Transport Management.

• Hands‑on knowledge of SAP Retail demand planning and operations.

• Proven people management and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Excellent communication, customer engagement, and escalation handling skills.

• Expertise in process improvement, KPI management, and problem management.
