Job Description The Product Owner, Product Enablement is responsible for translating business priorities into a clear product vision, actionable backlog, and measurable delivery outcomes for assigned enterprise products and capabilities. This role serves as the primary liaison across business stakeholders, Enterprise AI, IT, Data, architecture, security, and delivery teams to ensure product investments are aligned to business value, technically feasible, governable, and scalable. This position is responsible for shaping, prioritizing, and advancing product work from intake through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement. The role combines core Product Owner accountability for backlog and delivery readiness with broader product management responsibility for business alignment, roadmap input, stakeholder coordination, release planning, and value realization. Essential Functions
- Own assigned product or capability area within the Product Enablement portfolio.
- Translate strategic business priorities, user needs, and operating model requirements into product plans, features, and backlog items.
- Define and maintain a prioritized product backlog based on business value, risk, dependencies, readiness, and enterprise alignment.
- Develop and refine epics, features, and user stories with clear business context and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with delivery teams to support planning, backlog refinement, testing readiness, release coordination, and execution decisions.
- Work across business, Enterprise AI, IT, Data, architecture, cybersecurity, and operations teams to align on priorities, dependencies, and delivery sequencing.
- Support product vision, roadmap development, and release planning for assigned products and capabilities.
- Ensure product work aligns with intake, governance, compliance, architecture, and enterprise platform standards.
- Communicate product priorities, roadmap updates, delivery progress, business impact, and key risks to stakeholders and leadership.
- Define and monitor success measures, adoption indicators, and performance metrics for assigned products.
- Gather user and stakeholder feedback and translate insights into product improvements and backlog priorities.
- Support launch readiness, stakeholder adoption, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
- Escalate material risks, unresolved decisions, and delivery blockers in a timely manner.
