As a CX (Sales Support Specialist at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to shape the customer experience strategy and drive initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design Support

Interpret client requirements, building codes, and relevant fire safety standards to develop compliant, cost-effective, and robust Fire, Security or BMS solutions.

Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors throughout the design and project lifecycle to ensure alignment, technical accuracy, and timely delivery.

Prepare detailed system architecture and bill of materials for Fire, Security or BMS systems, including: complimentary systems.

Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and client requirements.

Prepare technical proposals for bids and tenders.

Understand competitive landscape and local industry practices for assigned System and region.

Application Engineering

  • Conduct product demonstrations, PoCs, presentations, and technical consultation
  • Obtain vendor quotations and evaluate technical and commercial compliance.
  • Support project managers and installation teams by providing engineering input during procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
  • Develop Products with enhancements and new product developments to increase product specifications and Quality.

  • Conduct technical reviews, design risk assessments, and site visits to resolve technical queries and verify installation quality as per design intent.
  • Develop and implement customer-centric programs to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer-focused initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, or related field).

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design/drafting tools.

Strong knowledge/familiarity with international standards (NFPA, FM, UL, EN, IEC, ATEX – as applicable).

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
