What you'll do on a typical day:
- Define and execute the product strategy for the business segment, aligned with company objectives and market needs.
- Drive product development and innovation in collaboration with R&D and cross-functional teams.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from business planning and product launches to performance monitoring and portfolio optimization.
- Gather customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including product and marketing documentation.
- Monitor product performance on jobsites and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deliver product training to internal and external stakeholders and ensure customer feedback is integrated into product development.
- Develop product value propositions, marketing guidelines, and content strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams to create effective digital and promotional materials.

What you'll need to be successful:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 3-5+ years of experience in Product Management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of formwork systems, jobsite processes, and product portfolio management.
- Experience in product innovation, process improvement, and standards implementation.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive long-term product and R&D strategies.
- Excellent presentation, training, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and other relevant digital tools.
- Fluent English required; German and other languages are a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and intercultural skills.
- Ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions.
- Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 30%).
