We’re seeking an experienced Building Automation Project Manager to oversee the execution of DDC/BMS construction projects throughout the DFW area. This role is ideal for a seasoned construction professional who understands controls, can manage complex job logistics, and is comfortable owning projects from kickoff through closeout.You’ll be responsible for coordinating people, materials, schedules, and finances to ensure systems are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, budgets, billing, and change orders for automation projects
  • Coordinate installation activities across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades
  • Procure materials, equipment, and subcontractors
  • Oversee field execution and support commissioning and system turnover
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards

Requirements

  • Experience managing Building Automation or HVAC controls construction projects
  • Strong understanding of DDC/BMS systems and MEP environments
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Experience with project billing and cost tracking
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
