As Senior Manager, Mobile Engineering, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing this vision to life. Scaling SHARE to 30 million members across MENA by 2027 depends on a mobile platform that can absorb new markets, business units and Mini App experiences without a linear increase in engineering cost.

ROLE PROFILE

• Technical Leadership & Program Management – Lead end-to-end technical programs, managing scope, risks, resources, budgets, timelines, and delivery.
• Mobile Architecture Ownership – Own and evolve the mobile architecture across iOS, Android, Flutter, and Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).
• Kotlin Multiplatform Strategy – Drive adoption of KMP for shared business logic, networking, and UI, including distribution through XCFrameworks and AARs.
• Mobile Platform & Design System – Build and govern reusable mobile components, design tokens, theming, and shared platform capabilities across applications.
• Mini App & Engineering Excellence – Define the Mini App architecture and integration standards while improving testing, CI/CD, ADRs, engineering standards, and developer experience.
• Team Leadership & Talent Development – Lead and mentor engineering teams, senior engineers, and technical leads; manage performance, training, hiring, and talent pipelines.
• Stakeholder & Agile Collaboration – Partner closely with Product, Design, DevOps, Security, QA, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions using agile methodologies and effective governance.
• Business Impact & Delivery KPIs – Drive measurable outcomes including faster releases, KMP/design-system adoption, crash-free performance, customer growth, retention, revenue, delivery against milestones/budget, and team performance, with approximately 30

REQUIREMENTS

• Education & Experience – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; 10+ years of senior mobile engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership, with proven delivery of complex consumer digital products.
• Strong Mobile Expertise – Expert-level iOS development (Swift, SwiftUI/UIKit) with experience integrating KMP XCFrameworks, plus solid Android/Kotlin knowledge and working experience with Kotlin Multiplatform and Flutter.
• Architecture & Platform Engineering – Proven ability to design reusable mobile platforms, SDKs, shared components, modular architectures, and large-scale consumer applications.
• Technical & Agile Excellence – Strong expertise in Agile, CI/CD, TDD, BDD, technical decision-making, and evaluating trade-offs while remaining hands-on technically.
• Leadership & People Development – Exceptional leadership, coaching, mentoring, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around a shared vision and build high-performing teams.
• Product & Growth Mindset – Customer-focused, strategic, and innovative, with a passion for solving meaningful problems and understanding how to scale digital products to millions of users across the region. Fluent English and Arabic required.
