What We Need

CORPAY is currently looking to hire a Product Manager within our North American Trucking division. This position falls under our US Vehicle Payments line of business and is located in Atlanta, GA.

Corpay's North American Trucking team operates differently than a typical large enterprise product organization. While we're part of a global company, our team runs with the speed, ownership, and accountability of a startup.

We're looking for a Product Manager who is energized by ambiguity, thrives with autonomy, and enjoys building products and businesses from the ground up. This isn't a role where you are given a roadmap, you'll define your own way, drive alignment, and own execution from concept through launch and beyond.

One day you may be interviewing customers and writing product requirements. The next you might be reviewing UI designs, developing go-to-market materials, negotiating strategic partnerships, analyzing product performance, or working with engineering to solve technical challenges. Success requires someone who is equally comfortable thinking strategically and rolling up their sleeves to execute.

If you're looking for a role with clearly defined boundaries, this probably isn't it. If you're excited by ownership, variety, and building products that make a measurable impact, we'd love to meet you.

You will report directly to the VP of Connected Vehicle Products and regularly collaborate with the team and other departments.

How We Work

As a Product Manager, you will be expected to work in an office environment. CORPAY will set you up for success by providing:

  • Assigned workspace in the Buckhead Atlanta office.
  • Company-issued equipment + remote access

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Owning outcomes, not just features. Take full ownership of products and initiatives from idea through launch and ongoing optimization, ensuring they deliver measurable customer and business value.
  • Driving product strategy and execution. Identify opportunities through customer research, market insights, data analysis, and internal collaboration, then translate those opportunities into actionable roadmaps and product plans.
  • Leading product development. Define requirements, write epics and user stories, prioritize backlogs, make trade-off decisions, and partner closely with engineering to deliver high-quality solutions across both modern platforms and legacy systems.
  • Being the voice of the customer. Develop a deep understanding of carriers, drivers, fleet operators, and internal users to ensure we're solving meaningful problems with intuitive, scalable solutions.
  • Shaping the user experience. Collaborate with UX and engineering to review designs, simplify workflows, and create exceptional customer experiences across web, mobile, and internal applications.
  • Bringing products to market. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and Training to develop positioning, launch plans, enablement materials, and adoption strategies that maximize product success.
  • Using data to drive decisions. Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and continuously iterate based on customer feedback, analytics, and business results.
  • Leading through influence. Build alignment across Engineering, Operations, Sales, Credit, Risk, Finance, and executive leadership to move initiatives forward in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Wearing multiple hats. This role extends well beyond traditional product management. On any given day, you may be writing product requirements, reviewing UI designs, developing marketing content, supporting customer conversations, negotiating partnerships, or solving operational challenges. We value people who embrace variety and are willing to jump in wherever needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 4–7 years of product management experience or equivalent experience leading cross-functional initiatives and bringing products or platforms to market.
  • Proven ability to independently lead initiatives from concept through execution, balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations.
  • Strong product instincts with experience identifying customer problems, validating opportunities, and translating them into successful product solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across engineering, commercial, operations, and executive teams.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work effectively with engineers on APIs, integrations, system architecture, and technical trade-offs. You don't need to code, but you should be comfortable understanding how systems work.
  • Experience working in Agile product development environments and collaborating closely with engineering and design teams.
  • Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information, adapting quickly as priorities evolve, and maintaining momentum in fast-moving environments.
  • Highly organized with exceptional prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Strong preference for a background with card or virtual payment systems, transportation payments and fuel programs, fleet logistics.
  • Experience with credit, risk, or compliance considerations in financial products.
  • Comfort using analytics tools and SQL or similar to explore data and validate hypotheses.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams and operating in a high-growth or transformative environment.

Benefits & Perks

  • Medical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hire
  • Automatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements)
  • Virtual fitness classes offered company-wide
  • Robust PTO offerings including major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer time
  • Employee discounts with major providers (i.e. wireless, gym, car rental, etc.)
  • Philanthropic support with both local and national organizations
  • Fun culture with company-wide contests and prizes
