In South Carolina (USA) we are actively seeking a Middle Project Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple related projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering key business value.
This position requires working onsite at 1500 Otis Way, Florence, South Carolina.
This is you
- 3–5 years of experience in program and project management with proven leadership abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- PMP or PMI certification required.
- Proficiency in program and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
- Strong background in implementing business strategy within a program’s framework.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational change navigation skills.
- Advanced English language skills (written and spoken).
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience managing complex portfolios in cross-functional environments.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards pertinent to the program’s scope.

- Develop and implement program strategies, objectives, and metrics to achieve business goals.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and integration of multiple projects within the program framework.
- Coordinate cross-project activities and facilitate seamless collaboration across functional teams.
- Manage and allocate program resources and budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate program risks and issues, establishing contingency plans as needed.
- Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and align expectations.
