Main Activities
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and budgeting activities within various projects.
- Manage a team of project control professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the company’s quality standards.
- Collaborate with other teams to coordinate project control activities.
- Monitor the performance of project control activities and implement improvements as necessary.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in project management standards and best practices.
