Full description

Are you a commercially driven professional with a strong technical understanding and experience in international B2B sales? Do you enjoy building customer relationships, driving complex sales processes, and negotiating commercial agreements? And are you motivated by working with contracts and supporting business growth through strong contract management?

This is a unique opportunity to combine international sales responsibilities with contract management activities in a global organization. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth across international markets while ensuring a professional and structured approach to commercial agreements and contractual matters.

As Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies across international markets, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers, partners, and other key stakeholders. You will manage long and complex sales cycles from the initial customer dialogue through to contract signing, while presenting and positioning our technical niche products and solutions and translating customer needs into commercial value.

In parallel, you will play an important role in supporting and managing contractual aspects of our sales activities. This includes participating in contract negotiations, reviewing and coordinating NDAs, framework agreements, and commercial contracts, and acting as a trusted commercial partner to the sales organization throughout the sales process. You will work closely with our Corporate Legal team to ensure contractual compliance, manage commercial risks, and support the continuous development of our contract management processes and templates.

The position includes approximately 30-40 travel days per year for customer visits, trade fairs, and partner meetings, and you will collaborate closely with colleagues across sales, engineering, project management, leadership, and legal functions.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for a candidate with experience in international B2B sales, preferably within a technical industry. You have successfully navigated long sales processes and complex decision-making structures and are comfortable engaging with customers and stakeholders on both commercial and contractual matters. Experience reviewing, negotiating, or managing commercial agreements is considered a strong advantage, as is an interest in contract management and commercial risk assessment.

Ideally, you have a background within technical sales, business development, commercial management, contract management, procurement, or a related field. Knowledge of intralogistics, automation, or similar technical industries is beneficial, but not a requirement. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential for success in this role.

Who Are You? As a person, you are commercially minded, relationship-oriented, and naturally curious about understanding customer operations and technical solutions. You combine a strong customer focus with a structured and detail-oriented approach and can balance commercial opportunities with contractual considerations in a pragmatic and business-oriented way.

You thrive in an international environment and enjoy collaborating across cultures and functions. You are proactive, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism. Your ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and drive activities forward makes you a valued partner for both customers and colleagues.

Why Should You Join Körber Supply Chain DK?
