Accountabilities: The Staff Product Manager will own the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of intelligence-focused products designed to deliver meaningful value to customers and business stakeholders. This role requires strong product leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to align cross-functional teams around ambitious goals.

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead the complete product lifecycle, including discovery, prioritization, development, launch, adoption, and continuous iteration.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, data, analytics, marketing, and customer-facing teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, competitive insights, and product performance data to guide decisions.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer impact, business value, and strategic goals.
  • Drive the development of intelligence and analytics solutions that provide actionable insights across freight and logistics operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and executive leadership to build alignment and support for product initiatives.
  • Identify emerging technologies, industry trends, and new opportunities to expand product capabilities.
  • Mentor product team members, promote best practices, and help strengthen product management capabilities across the organization.
  • Champion agile product development practices and encourage effective collaboration throughout delivery teams.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with a strong background in logistics, transportation, supply chain, data products, or analytics-driven solutions. They should be comfortable managing complex initiatives, influencing stakeholders, and translating customer challenges into scalable product strategies.

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or staff-level product leadership role.
  • Proven experience building and launching successful B2B or B2C products.
  • Strong industry experience in logistics, transportation, freight, supply chain, or related technology environments.
  • Experience with data and analytics products, including business intelligence, AI/ML solutions, data platforms, or insight-driven applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycles and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts, software development processes, and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, marketers, executives, and customers.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring teams and influencing stakeholders across multiple levels.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Figma, or similar platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
