Job Description
- Process sample requests for assigned countries, including Colombia, Chile, Peru, Costa Rica, and Argentina.
- Ensure compliance with operational guidelines, service levels, and business requirements.
- Handle inquiries, issues, and requests related to the sample process, providing solutions for moderately complex situations.
- Follow up on orders, requests, and operational activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and prevent process deviations.
- Perform operational and administrative controls related to inventory, billing, logistics follow-up, legalizations, and information management.
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports and KPIs to monitor performance, identify trends, and support improvements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, standardization, control, and operational efficiency.
- Serve as backup support for specific team functions to ensure business continuity.
- Comply with corporate policies, quality standards, and ethical guidelines applicable to the role.
