Responsibilities

The Project Manager oversees operational and quality delivery of the projects within their portfolio . This position ensures effective project design and execution while fostering strategic relationships . Manages employees focused on strategic, business and action plans to achieve specified goals and objectives

Qualifications

  • Lead and oversee desktop and field data collection initiatives across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Manage program - and portfolio -level utility asset and project data collection efforts from planning through closeout.
  • Direct and support cross -functional teams, including data collectors, mappers, engineers, etc.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking across programs and portfolios.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, data governance and scope definition
  • Review and interpret data quality (QA/QC), with clear process definition and accountability.
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement, including regulatory agencies and interagency partners.
  • Drive end -to-end project execution processes .
  • Maintain alignment across multiple active projects to ensure delivery timelines and financial targets are met .
