Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

Job Description

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join Generation, VodafoneThree's in-house creative agency. Working across some of the UK’s most recognised brands, you'll create engaging, customer-focused design solutions that bring our brands to life across a wide range of channels and touchpoints. 

From integrated brand campaigns and digital experiences to social content, CRM and retail communications, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality creative work that connects with customers, supports business goals and strengthens our brands. 

What you'll do:

  • Create high-quality design work across branding, digital, social, CRM, web, retail and integrated marketing campaigns. 
  • Translate briefs and creative direction into visually engaging, audience-focused solutions. 
  • Develop campaign assets and customer communications that align with brand standards and business objectives. 
  • Adapt creative output across different channels, audiences and formats while maintaining consistency and impact. 
  • Collaborate with copywriters, project managers, marketers and creative colleagues to deliver integrated campaigns. 
  • Contribute ideas during creative reviews and team discussions, helping to strengthen concepts and executions. 
  • Ensure all work meets brand, legal and quality standards, maintaining excellent attention to detail throughout. 
  • Stay up to date with design trends, customer behaviours and emerging best practice to bring fresh thinking to the team. 

Qualifications

Who you are:

  • Experience within an in-house agency, creative agency, brand or marketing environment. 
  • A strong portfolio showcasing brand campaign executions, as well as customer-facing designs across a range of channels and formats. 
  • Excellent understanding of branding, layout, typography, visual storytelling and campaign execution. 
  • Ability to translate briefs into engaging and effective visual communications. 
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment. 
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. 
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with confidence working across cross-functional teams. 
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and workflows such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
