About the Role:
We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join the Finance team, reporting directly to the Finance Lead Export Markets. This role supports financial controlling, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities across export markets. Working closely with the Sales team and other cross-functional colleagues, you will provide financial analysis and insights that support business performance and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate recording and processing of financial transactions across SAP, Bison, Fiori, Concur, and other finance systems.
- Monitor the accuracy of sales, discounts, provisions, cost of goods sold, and other key financial data.
- Maintain financial master data, including chart of accounts and cost center structures.
- Support month-end closing activities and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting.
- Manage provisions and accruals, including employee-related, sales-related, inventory, and receivables provisions.
- Coordinate and monitor intercompany expense recharge processes.
- Monitor operating expenses and inventory write-offs.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including data consolidation and reporting.
- Prepare management reports, financial analyses, and variance commentaries.
- Analyze key business performance indicators, including sales, gross profit, expenses, working capital, and cash flow.
- Provide support for SAP and Bison users.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for management reviews and corporate reporting requirements.
- Support internal control reporting and participate in finance-related projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or a similar finance role.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and financial reporting processes.
- Ability to analyze financial and numerical data, identify trends, and translate findings into clear conclusions and recommendations.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience working with ERP systems; SAP is considered an advantage. Experience with other ERP systems is also welcome.
- Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with reporting and data visualization tools is an asset.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage priorities, organize work effectively, and meet deadlines.
