ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a strong Salesforce functional consultant — a configurator who builds with flows, objects, fields and security rather than primarily writing Apex. You will join our Salesforce practice and deploy on client engagements, standing up and improving Sales Cloud and wider platform capability: accounts, contacts, pipeline and the automation behind them. You will work from user stories and acceptance criteria, build cleanly and vanilla-first, and document your own testing before work moves to functional QA. Clarity, discipline and a preference for standard configuration over custom code are what make this role successful.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

– Configure Salesforce to deliver business capability — objects, fields, flows, page layouts, validation and the security model — with Sales Cloud a particular focus.

– Build from user stories and acceptance criteria, keeping to a vanilla-first approach and flagging where custom development would genuinely be required.

– Perform and document alpha and beta testing of your own configuration before it moves to functional QA and UAT.

– Support data-quality, enrichment and de-duplication work, including configuration touching third-party tooling.

– Collaborate with architects and cross-platform consultants to keep delivery coherent end to end.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

– Solid hands-on Salesforce configuration experience — flows, objects, fields, validation, security — with Sales Cloud a particular strength.

– Comfortable working from user stories in an agile, two-week-sprint delivery model.

– A configurator's mindset: reaches for standard platform capability first and treats custom code as the exception.

– US-based, able to work in the US time zone, and willing to travel to client sites as required.

NICE TO HAVE

– Salesforce Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant certifications.

– Exposure to data-enrichment and de-duplication tooling (for example ZoomInfo or RingLead).

– Familiarity with order management and quote-to-cash processes
