Project Role : DevOps Engineer Project Role Description : Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security. Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats. Must have skills : Google Cloud DevOps Services, DevOps, Google Kubernetes Engine Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary: As a DevOps Engineer, a typical day involves designing and implementing new development tools and infrastructure to support software development processes. This role requires setting up and maintaining continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines, while ensuring the security and reliability of systems. The engineer collaborates with various teams to streamline workflows and optimize cloud-based environments, focusing on container orchestration and infrastructure automation to enhance operational efficiency and safeguard against potential security vulnerabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the implementation of scalable and secure infrastructure solutions to support development and deployment activities. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster continuous learning and improvement. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of DevOps practices with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Cloud DevOps Services, DevOps, Google Kubernetes Engine. - Strong experience in designing and managing continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines. - In-depth knowledge of container orchestration platforms and cloud infrastructure management. - Ability to implement security best practices within cloud environments and deployment workflows. - Experience with infrastructure as code tools and automation frameworks to streamline operations. - Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to maintain system health and performance.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Google Cloud DevOps Services. - This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location. - A 15 years full time education is required.
