We are looking for experienced SAP BODS / Data Conversion professionals with strong expertise in ETL, SQL, IDOCs and data migration for SAP implementation projects.
SAP Module Exposure:
SAP FICO, MM/WM, SD, LE, HR/HCM, PP, PM and SuccessFactors Employee Central (optional).
Requirements:
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in SAP BODS/Data Conversion
- Experience in at least one SAP implementation project
- Strong SQL programming and ETL knowledge
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA as target system
- Good communication and problem-solving skills

- Perform legacy-to-SAP field mapping and data transformation
- Load master and transactional data using BAPIs/IDOCs through BODS
- Prepare data validation and reconciliation reports
- Troubleshoot data conversion defects and issues
- Support testing, Go-Live, blackout/freeze periods
- Prepare technical specifications and status reports
- Identify opportunities to automate conversion processes
