Yes, you can! That's our attitude towards our work, ambitions, ideas, and relationships. We at Luminor believe that anyone has the potential to achieve big things and encourage everyone to achieve them, professionally and personally.

Whoever you are and whatever your role is, with Luminor, you will get a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to build a local banking champion.

We are looking for a PAM Security Engineer to join our Security Engineering Unit and help build, automate, and continuously improve one of the bank's key cybersecurity platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a strong Infrastructure, Cloud, or DevOps background who enjoys deploying, configuring, automating, and troubleshooting complex systems. Previous experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions is an advantage, but not a requirement.

As part of a small and highly specialized team, you will work hands-on with modern infrastructure, automation, cloud technologies, and security controls, helping protect critical systems across one of the largest banking environments in the Baltics.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Design, implement, and maintain PAM infrastructure and related security controls
  • Develop and automate PAM deployments using modern DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and scripting practices
  • Drive the onboarding of applications, systems, and assets into PAM solutions, ensuring appropriate security coverage and risk mitigation
  • Implement and maintain technical controls that support strong privileged access governance and cybersecurity risk management
  • Develop monitoring, reporting, alerting, and operational controls to ensure effective PAM operations
  • Build and improve automated onboarding and offboarding processes for privileged accounts and systems
  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing PAM capabilities through automation, new features, tooling, and process improvements
  • Contribute to PAM governance, standards, and best practices across the organization
  • Participate in cybersecurity incident response activities and security investigations
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, engineering, and security teams to strengthen access controls across the technology landscape

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Experience working with infrastructure platforms, cloud environments, DevOps practices, or enterprise systems administration
  • Hands-on experience with automation, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and modern deployment practices
  • Experience with Linux/UNIX and Microsoft environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
  • Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and security controls
  • Experience with PAM solutions, IAM technologies, or privileged access controls is considered a strong advantage
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level

Additionally, It Would Be a Strong Advantage if You Have:

  • Experience with enterprise PAM platforms
  • Experience developing automation scripts and infrastructure automation solutions
  • Professional experience in cybersecurity engineering, infrastructure security, cloud security, or identity security
  • Relevant certifications such as PAM vendor certifications, CISSP, CISM, or similar
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries such as banking, financial services, or critical infrastructure
  • Broader knowledge of security frameworks, governance models, and cybersecurity standards

Why You Will Love Working Here:

  • Gross salary. 3,700 - 5,900 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
  • Flexibility. Flexible working hours, Hybrid work, and the possibility to work from anywhere in the EU, Iceland, Switzerland, and the UK (in total 90 days per year)
  • International teams. Teams that go outside Pan-Baltic borders, where people value challenging work together with good humor and having fun
  • Culture. You’ll be joining a team where things move fast, ideas flow freely, and change is part of the everyday. It’s a dynamic environment that keeps you learning, growing, and never bored
  • More vacation. Additional weeks of vacation are available to all employees who have been in the company for 1 year or more
  • Volunteer time off. We care about giving back to society, therefore, you will get additional days off for volunteering purposes
  • Paid leave. We are proud of our employees who are participating in military training. Therefore, Luminor offers 30 fully paid calendar days for military training every year
  • Health benefits. A competitive benefits package in addition to your salary that includes health insurance after the first 3 months pass in all three Baltic states, as well as Health days in case of your absence due to sickness without a doctor's note needed
