About the role:

Denver, CO

We are looking for an experienced Data Analytics & Reporting Analyst to support leadership decision-making through data-driven insights, reporting, and dashboard development. You will collect, analyze, and transform data from multiple sources to create meaningful reports, scorecards, visualizations, and performance metrics.

This position is based in Denver, Colorado and follows a hybrid work schedule, with working onsite Tuesdays through Thursdays and working remotely on Mondays and Fridays. You will operate in a collaborative team environment where you will work with the Continuous Improvement Leader and leadership teams across the organization. Regular scorecard review meetings and leadership action planning sessions provide opportunities to contribute directly to performance projects and support data-driven decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and report on data from multiple internal and external sources.
  • Promote scorecards, KPI dashboards, graphs, and trend reporting for leadership teams.
  • Develop, and automate reporting solutions using Excel, Power BI, SQL, ETL processes, and related tools.
  • Create interactive dashboards and visualizations that provide applicable business insights.
  • Support Databricks and Lakehouse programs by identifying ways to manage data.
  • Consolidate and analyze information for weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting.
  • Respond to leadership data requests and KPI inquiries by identifying trends, root causes, and performance drivers.
  • Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and reporting documentation.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms.
  • Document reporting processes, requirements, and data definitions.

Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
  • Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
