We are looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to play a key role in driving business transformation and operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and commercially focused professional who can bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions, ensuring that investments in systems, processes and digital transformation deliver measurable value for the organisation and its customers.

What you’ll be doing

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will translate business objectives into scalable technology and process solutions, using data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement across the customer journey. You will lead solution design activities, analyse operational performance, and ensure that systems, processes and technology align with strategic goals, regulatory requirements and customer expectations.

As a trusted advisor to the business, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and deliver transformation initiatives, influence key decision-making, and build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners. You will play a key role in improving operational efficiency, enhancing service delivery, and identifying opportunities to leverage digital and AI-enabled solutions to support business growth.

What you’ll bring

The successful candidate will bring significant experience within solutions architecture, alongside strong stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills. You will have a proven ability to influence at a senior level, manage complex partner relationships, and deliver innovative solutions that improve business performance and customer outcomes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker who enjoys solving complex business challenges, driving meaningful change, and shaping the future of technology and service delivery in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

As well as a competitive salary which is reviewed annually, you can also enjoy a number of other benefits. With our pension scheme, we’ll double match your contribution up to a company contribution of 10%.
