About Outseer

At Outseer, we’re helping our customers make the world a safer place. Our All-Cause Fraud prevention platform combines AI, behavioral biometrics and consortium intelligence to stop fraud, not customers across the globe. We’re a team that makes things happen, stays humble, adapts fast, and keeps it real, growing our business and each other every day.

What you’ll achieve:

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own how capability moves from idea to commercial reality across the fraud portfolio; proposition development, use case development, and field enablement, culminating in the claims and proof points that get a product to a confident GA sign-off. This role operates horizontally across the whole product portfolio: you will pressure-test and help prioritise what gets built next, working alongside the product managers who own individual lines, without owning a product line yourself.

You are the bridge between product innovation and commercial success. Your role is to ensure every capability entering the portfolio has a clear customer problem, compelling value proposition, evidence-backed claims, validated use cases, and the commercial assets required for successful adoption.

This is a fraud domain role that uses commercial and GTM craft as its delivery vehicle. You will bring real banking fraud credibility to proposition development and customer conversations, and pair it with the discipline to turn that credibility into propositions, use cases, and enablement assets that Sales and Solution Consulting can take to market.

This is a senior hire for someone who has done this before. You'll be trusted to pick up live propositions and enablement work quickly, drawing on experience you already have.

Essential Duties

  • Drive product portfolio prioritisation.Operate across the whole portfolio, not a single product line,  to pressure-test and help prioritise what gets built next, bringing a fraud-domain and commercial lens to decisions that individual product line owners can't see across the whole picture.
  • Own proposition development.Take a capability from problem hypothesis to a sharp, credible customer and commercial value proposition; articulating what it does, why a bank should care, and why it's worth paying for, grounded in real fraud-operations credibility rather than generic feature claims.
  • Own use case development.Define and validate the specific use cases that anchor each proposition, working with product line owners and Data Science to ensure use cases reflect real fraud typologies, MO patterns, and operational pain points and not just what's technically buildable.
  • Turn proof points into proof.Drive the claims that come out of PoV/pilot work with early adopter customers, validating outcome data against the original claim, and making sure what Sales says in market is both compelling and defensible.
  • Own field enablement.Build the product proposition assets that shape  demo scripts, sales claim decks, playbooks, objection handling, and work directly with Sales and Solution Consulting to enable them to sell new capability with confidence.
  • Drive readiness for GA.Be the accountable owner for GA sign-off readiness across the portfolio, claims signed off, evidence in hand, enablement assets live, and Sales/SC confident and equipped, before anything moves to Scale.
  • Partner across Product, Sales, and Solution Consulting.Work closely with Senior Product Leadership and the PM team who own each product line, plus Sales and Solution Consulting, to keep proposition and use case decisions aligned with what the business can sell and support.
  • Be a credible commercial and domain voice with executive audiences.Contribute to Investment Go/No-Go and GA Go/No-Go materials and discussions with CEO/CFO/CRO-level stakeholders, balancing commercial ambition with defensible, evidence-grounded framing, packaging and pricing.
  • Competitive positioning:Owns competitive positioning across the fraud portfolio, ensuring proposition clearly differentiate Outseer from competitors and articulate why customers should choose us.

Essential  Requirements

  • Banking fraud domain experience.Meaningful experience in a fraud function at a bank, card issuer, processor, or fraud vendor, enough to bring real credibility to proposition development and use case definition, and to be trusted by fraud-ops buyers and Solution Consulting alike.
  • Proven product commercial craft.Eight or more years building, shaping, and articulating customer and commercial value propositions for enterprise or fintech products,  turning a capability into a proposition and use case that a buyer immediately understands and wants.
  • Field enablement experience.Direct, hands-on experience working with Sales and Solution Consulting teams to build and deliver enablement that shape demo scripts, claim decks, playbooks, training; not just handing over a slide deck and hoping it lands.
  • Live PoC/PoV and early adopter ownership.Has led (not just supported) PoC/PoV scoping, pilot execution, and early adopter/Tier 2 validation, translating outcome data into claims that hold up under scrutiny from both customers and internal stage-gates.
  • Portfolio-level judgement.Comfortable operating across multiple products at once, forming a view on relative prioritisation, and influencing decisions without owning the roadmap or having formal authority over the product managers who do.
  • Stakeholder fluency.Experience partnering closely with Sales, Solution Consulting, and Product Leadership, and briefing CxO-level audiences both internally and at customer organisations.
  • Written and commercial craft.Sharp written and slide craft shown through a clean proposition, a compelling claim deck, a well-argued case for GA readiness.

Desired Requirements

  • Domain exposure to any of: mule/scam detection, behavioural biometrics, 3DS/EMVCo authentication, or AI-assisted fraud operations.
  • Experience operating within, or helping design, a formal GTM or commercial operating model (stage-gates, Product Steering Committee processes, portfolio governance).
  • Exposure to selling AI/ML-enabled capability, including explaining model-driven value in commercial terms to non-technical buyers.
  • International commercial market exposure beyond the UK (US, EMEA, APAC).
