What's the role?
As a Senior Analyst, Finance, you'll play a key role in helping leaders understand business performance and make informed decisions. Working across Finance and the broader business, you'll deliver financial analysis, forecasting, reporting and insights that support strategic priorities and drive better outcomes.
You'll contribute to planning and forecasting cycles, performance reporting, business cases and investment analysis, while partnering with stakeholders to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations.
This is a permanent opportunity based in Sydney with hybrid working flexibility including 3 days per week in office.
What do I need?
- Strong financial analysis, forecasting and modelling capabilities, with intermediate- advanced Excel skills.
- The ability to interpret complex data and provide clear, commercially focused insights and recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience preparing and presenting financial performance reporting to a range of stakeholders.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across Finance and the business.
- A continuous improvement mindset, with an interest in leveraging data, technology and automation to enhance reporting and decision-making.
