Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off
Job Description:
- Coordinates continuous improvement initiative ideas between personnel and management using established tools
- Produces daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports as assigned
- Regularly examines data reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues
- Participates in projects and other tasks as assigned
- Communicates the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers
- Processing confidential data and information
- Helping develop and modify reports as required to meet program needs
- Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.
- Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting
- Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions on new systems
- Generating reports from single or multiple
- Troubleshooting the reporting database environment ensuring tools and reports are working with latest software revision requirements
- Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business
- Create data tools for analytics and team members that assist them in building and optimizing product workflows
Qualifications:
- To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Master's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics or related field or have completed their Master's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office products
- Experience with writing SQL, developing Power BI, working with relational databases
- Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs and charts Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers
