Project Manager

Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of managing several projects simultaneously while delivering consistent client delight. Project management responsibilities include all aspects of client and internal communications; confirming budget and scope; assigning, scheduling, and coordinating resources; and monitoring and documenting project progress reports to ensure prompt delivery of scoped work within budget.

The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable timeline, scope, and budget. They will coordinate with clients, internal departments, and external contractors to ensure all aspects of each project are accurate and completed to specifications.

Success in this role means overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has excellent communication skills.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the delivery team, the client, and internal stakeholders.
• Determine, clarify, and define project scope and communicate this effectively to all stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and manage a detailed project schedule, budget, and work plan using consistent, accurate, and comprehensive documentation to record project progress.
• Track project hours and costs to meet budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors needed to reach objectives, managing resources in an effective and efficient manner.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using approved verification techniques, and consistently report changes and progress to relevant stakeholders.
• Measure, document, and report project and internal resource performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Perform additional job duties as requested by management to contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Education and Experience

• 2-4 years of proven working experience in project management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and complete them according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
