Management Reporting Team and play a key role in delivering financial insights that support strategic decision-making across multiple markets in Asia. This is an exciting opportunity to work with regional finance leaders, gain exposure to cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute to the evolution of financial reporting under IFRS 17. Position Responsibilities:
- Prepare, analyze, and provide insightful commentary on monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Consolidate and analyze financial and non-financial data from various Asia markets to identify trends, variances, and business performance drivers.
- Partner with Regional Controllers, Finance teams, Actuarial teams, and other stakeholders to support accurate and timely reporting deliverables.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and reporting templates using tools such as Anaplan, Power BI, and SmartView.
- Drive continuous process improvement and automation initiatives to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and overall user experience.
- Support month-end and quarter-end reporting activities while ensuring timely communication of key updates and issues.
- Perform peer reviews, maintain documentation, and provide guidance and training to junior team members as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in financial reporting, management reporting, or finance-related functions.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different markets and cultures.
- Willing to work on a Day Shift schedule and report onsite in Diliman, Quezon City.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional accounting designation (CPA is an advantage but not required).
- Experience in the life insurance or financial services industry.
- Knowledge of IFRS 17 reporting requirements.
- Experience with reporting and financial systems such as Hyperion Essbase, SmartView, Anaplan, or Power BI.
- Background in process improvement, automation, or dashboard development.
- Experience mentoring, reviewing work, or providing guidance to team members.
