Join a team building enterprise data platforms that support security, crisis and emergency management outcomes for Transport for NSW.
You'll design and engineer scalable cloud-based solutions, working with large and complex datasets that enable operational intelligence, analytics, automation and emerging AI capabilities.
In this role, you'll:
Design and build Azure-based data pipelines, support traditional data warehouse development, and contribute to data science and AI engineering initiatives.
Develop LLM-enabled solutions, maintain DevOps and CI/CD practices, improve platform reliability, and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and production-ready.

About you
Skilled Data Engineer with experience working across modern Azure data platforms, traditional data warehousing, data science, and AI engineering.
Hands-on experience building data pipelines in Azure, developing solutions using large language models, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and applying strong cybersecurity practices across the full development lifecycle.
Ability to mobilise to respond to and support security, crisis and emergency incidents, including on-call availability outside normal working hours, in a 24/7 operating environment.
