- Compensation: $25.32 per hour (increases to $31.65 upon completion of training). OT available on an as needed basis
- Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 10 pm - 6:30 am
- Basic Requirements: 1 year of experience or education in production, manufacturing, or as a lab technician. Experience measuring, mixing, or batching ingredients in a food or beverage manufacturing environment preferred.

Job Description
The Quality Assurance (QA) Syrup Batcher is primarily responsible for blending syrup but will assist with other quality control activities as needed.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain a continuous batch of syrup in accordance with quality standards
- Analyze syrup, water, and / or beverage attributes
- Prepare and handle raw materials and finished goods
- Receive, count and properly store concentrate inventory; rotate inventory as required
- Sanitize syrup room equipment
- Maintain orderly, safe and clean work area in compliance with company safety and sanitation requirements
Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in science related field preferred
- 1 – 3 years of general work experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Must have the ability to occasionally lift, push and pull 50+ pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach
- Must have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
