ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to build and maintain BI dashboards and reporting solutions that support a revenue operations team, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and continuous improvement of data infrastructure. You will write advanced SQL queries, work with BI tools including Tableau, Looker, or Power BI on cloud data platforms, troubleshoot reporting issues, and identify opportunities to improve reporting automation. The role requires 4+ years of data analysis experience with strong BI tooling and cloud platform expertise.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build and maintain BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Ensure reporting accuracy and data quality.
- Support reporting tools, datasets, and business metrics.
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and respond to ad hoc data requests.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting and automation processes.
MUST HAVES
- Education: Must hold a finalized Bachelor's degree (incomplete degrees will not be considered). Data-related majors are preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in Data Analyst or similar roles.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Data analysis and reporting experience.
- Experience with Cloud data platforms.
- Upper-intermediate English level.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
- AWS or other cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes.
