Brief Job Description:
The Service Sales Account Manager will:
To manage and improve the performance of selected dedicated service Key Accounts in cooperation with the relevant service operational teams. To own the quality of service delivery to the account, including the monitoring of agreed key performance indicators. To ensure account longevity and to maximise account potential and financial improvement. (Account profitability)
Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each:

- To manage and improve the performance of selected dedicated service Key Accounts in cooperation with the relevant service operational teams.
- To own the quality of service delivery to the account, including the monitoring of agreed key performance indicators.
- To ensure account longevity and to maximise account potential and financial improvement. (Account profitability)
- To manage the financial administration of the account.
- To manage the provision of expert advice design, product application and standards guidance to the account.
- To maximise all UPS, MES & Thermal product opportunities within the account to be directed through to the relevant Vertiv team and monitor on a regular basis (dependent upon frequency of meetings).
- To manage future product / systems migration strategies for the account
Qualifications:
Job Responsibilities
- Take charge of service sales for regional customers covering data centers, telecom operators, industrial manufacturing and other sectors. Identify service business opportunities for UPS, precision air conditioning, power supply & distribution and related products. Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, foster long-term stable partnerships, and achieve annual regional service sales targets.
- Manage the full service sales cycle, including demand analysis, proposal development, tender bidding, contract signing and project execution. Ensure smooth project delivery, oversee payment collection, and realize closed-loop sales performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Automation, Energy and Power Engineering or other relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience; candidates with sales experience in data center, telecommunications or power industries are preferred.
- Strong result orientation, high sense of responsibility, self-motivation and good teamwork spirit.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, solid commercial negotiation and cross-departmental coordination capabilities, able to communicate effectively with customer decision-makers.
