Job Summary
The Senior Technical and Engineering Manager responsible for all engineering/technical aspects of the Company's operations, inclusive of value engineering opportunities, construction and overall methodology, method statements, engineering design drawings, shop drawings and material submittals and follow up approval. This position also manages the preparation/verification of detailed constructional drawings, negotiation and securing of technical and statutory approvals to achieve and monitor the optimum effectiveness.

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
Provide technical guidance and oversight on complex engineering problems and projects.
Manage and allocate resources effectively to optimize project outcomes and team performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and product development.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with engineering projects and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Develop and manage budgets for engineering projects and departmental operations.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of engineering projects and team members, implementing corrective actions as necessary to achieve objectives.

Job Experience
