Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Spring Framework
- Build and deploy microservices-based architectures
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions on Azure
- Integrate AI/ML services and intelligent workflows into applications
- Develop or collaborate on agentic systems (AI agents, automation bots, decision engines)
- Work with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, Data, and AI teams
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Java & Spring
- Strong experience in Java 8+
- Expertise in:• Spring Boot
- Spring MVC
- Spring Security
- Spring Data JPA / Hibernate
Microservices & API Development
- Experience in microservices architecture
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with Swagger/OpenAPI
Cloud (Azure Preferred)
- Hands-on experience with:• Azure App Services
- Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Azure Functions
- Azure Storage / Blob
- Azure SQL / Cosmos DB
- Understanding of cloud-native architecture and distributed systems
AI / Agentic Development
- Exposure to AI/ML tools and frameworks
- Experience integrating AI services (Azure AI / OpenAI / Cognitive Services) into applications
- Understanding of Agentic AI concepts (autonomous agents, multi-step reasoning systems, workflow orchestration)
- Familiarity with tools/frameworks such as:• LangChain / Semantic Kernel
- Prompt engineering
- LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI)
- Ability to design AI-driven automation workflows and intelligent decision systems
- Experience with chatbots, copilots, or virtual assistants is a plus
DevOps & Tools
- Experience with:• Docker & Kubernetes
- CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Git (version control)
Database
- Strong experience in:• SQL (PostgreSQL)
