Job Summary:

The Intermediate Data Analyst plays a crucial role in our organization by transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This position is designed for an analytical thinker who can work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our data management capabilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MS Dynamics and Azure, ensuring that our data systems are optimized for performance and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex data sets using MS Dynamics and Azure to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
  • Develop and implement data models, reports, and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making across departments.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring data solutions align with organizational needs.
  • Maintain data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data quality checks and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Assist in the design and deployment of data management processes, tools, and systems.
  • Provide training and support to team members on data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics to continuously improve our analytical capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on MS Dynamics and Azure.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficient in data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders.
  • Enhanced security clearance is required for this role.
