Full description

ARK Diagnostics is looking for an Associate Product Marketing Manager to help bring innovative in vitro diagnostic technologies to market.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can move comfortably between science, marketing, sales, and commercial strategy. You’ll take complex technical information and turn it into clear product positioning, compelling content, effective sales tools, and campaigns that help customers understand why ARK’s products matter.

You’ll work closely with R&D, Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, and leadership to support product launches, understand customer and market needs, strengthen our competitive position, and build the marketing programs that drive awareness and growth.

If you enjoy learning the science behind a product, talking with customers, building a go-to-market plan, writing the story, and then rolling up your sleeves to make it happen—we’d like to hear from you.

This is a fully onsite role.

What You'll Do:

Product Marketing & Go-to-Market

  • Support commercialization and growth of ARK's diagnostic products across therapeutic drug monitoring, veterinary diagnostics, human biomarkers, and drugs-of-abuse testing.
  • Help define target markets and audiences, product positioning, value propositions, key messages, launch strategies, and go-to-market plans.
  • Coordinate product launches from planning through execution, including timelines, deliverables, approvals, training, and internal communications.
  • Develop a strong understanding of customers, laboratory workflows, purchasing considerations, market dynamics, competitors, and emerging industry trends.
  • Gather and synthesize customer and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for improved positioning, content, and commercial programs.
  • Develop sales enablement tools that help ARK's sales team and distribution partners communicate product value and differentiation.

Content & Campaign Marketing

  • Translate complex scientific and technical information into clear, accurate, and engaging content for both technical and commercial audiences.
  • Develop and edit application notes, technical protocols, product data sheets, brochures, presentations, website content, blogs, email campaigns, social media content, and sales materials.
  • Partner with R&D and Regulatory Affairs to ensure marketing and technical content is accurate, appropriately supported, and aligned with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, webinars, events, and sales channels.
  • Manage ARK's social media presence and content calendar.
  • Track campaign performance and use market and performance data to continuously improve marketing programs.

Events & Customer Engagement

  • Plan and coordinate ARK's participation in conferences, trade shows, webinars, and other industry events.
  • Manage event logistics including registration, exhibit materials, literature, promotional items, shipping, schedules, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.
  • Represent ARK at industry events and interact with customers, partners, distributors, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver product presentations, booth demonstrations, technical training, and webinars.

Digital Marketing

  • Create and update marketing assets using Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools.
  • Manage and improve website content, product pages, and technical resources using SEO/GEO and UI/UX best practices.
  • Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, social media engagement, event results, and other marketing metrics.
  • Use analytics and customer insights to improve digital experiences, content, campaigns, and lead generation.

  • Experience supporting or leading new product launches and commercialization programs in a regulated environment.
  • Strong ability to understand complex scientific and technical information and translate it into compelling positioning, messaging, content, and presentations.
  • Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
  • Experience developing marketing and sales enablement materials across print and digital channels.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud or similar creative tools.
  • Familiarity with website content management, SEO/GEO, web analytics, Salesforce or another CRM, email marketing, and social media platforms.

  • Produce polished, accurate work with a high degree of independence.
  • Build strong relationships with R&D, Regulatory, Commercial, distributors, and customers.
