Marketing Project Manager is a position in the Marketing Unit with focus on localization and implementation of marketing activities in local market. Position maintains responsibility for managing and coordinating marketing projects, campaigns, and other marketing activities in cooperation with Products and Sales organizations and external partners/agencies in accordance with marketing plans, targets and budgets set.
What You Will Do:
- Plan, organize and execute all local marketing campaigns from start to end
- Organize day-to-day operations of all local marketing activities together with local marketing team
- Contribute to annual marketing budget planning and tracking local YTD marketing budget
- Review local marketing pipeline, resolve challenges, and present possible solutions
- Manage local relationships with stakeholders and partner up with local departments and Luminor Executive team members on marketing
- Help to implement Pan-Baltic marketing campaigns in cooperation with Baltic colleagues by adapting campaigns locally
- Build relationships and manage local media, creative and social media partners
- Execute marketing activities for local Corporate and Private banking departments and find appropriate partners and vendors, establish constant reporting and relationship management with stakeholders
- Contribute to team and company performance and collaboration
- Promote Luminor values and building a strong Luminor brand
What We Expect:
- 3-5 years Marketing and/or Advertising Project Management Experience
- Ability to understand business needs and suggest efficient marketing solutions
- Good understanding of advertising and media areas
- Strong background in managing expectations and processes involving internal stakeholders (products, sales) and external agencies (advertising, media, PR)
- Bachelor`s degree in marketing, communications, business management, journalism
- Flexibility, openness to change

- Excellent language skills, ability to present well and prepare written communication. Advanced proficiency in English and professional proficiency in Lithuanian
