We are currently seeking a Senior Pega Constellation Developer with React JS to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pega Developer to lead the design and implementation of modern enterprise applications. You will spearhead our transition into Pega's modern architectural paradigms, specifically leveraging the Pega Constellation architecture. The ideal candidate will combine deep Pega expertise with strong front-end skills in React JS to build seamless, high-performance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Constellation Development: Drive the architectural design and development of Pega Constellation applications from scratch, acting as the primary subject matter expert.

• Front-End Integration: Develop, customize, and extend Pega UI components using React JS to create modern, responsive, and user-centric interfaces.

• Application Architecture: Design technical solutions in Pega Infinity, ensuring strict adherence to Pega guardrails, reusable enterprise layers, and security standards.

• Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Pega developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices in Constellation-specific design patterns.

• Integration & API Management: Design and implement robust REST/SOAP integrations and DX API services to connect Pega with external systems and custom React front-ends.

• Performance Tuning: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing application performance across both backend rule resolution and frontend UI rendering.

• Agile Collaboration: Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and UX Designers to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical workflows.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Pega Expertise: Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in Pega application development, configuration, and deployment.

• React JS Experience: 2+ years of production-level experience building frontend web applications with React JS.

• Constellation Leadership: Proven hands-on experience playing a lead role in building and deploying at least one Pega Constellation application.

• Certifications: Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) or Senior System Architect (CSSA) is highly preferred.

• Modern UI Frameworks: Strong understanding of Pega Cosmos, DX APIs (v1 and v2), and how Pega interacts with modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Core Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, XML, JSON, SQL, and DevOps pipelines (CI/CD) within a Pega environment.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong communication, and a proven track record of guiding junior developers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience migrating legacy Pega applications (Traditional UI/Theme Cosmos) to Pega Constellation.

• Familiarity with containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Pega Cloud).
