DescriptionThe OpportunityJoin the team as a Business Continuity Analyst supporting the Enterprise Resilienceteam. In this role, you will help maintain critical continuity of documentation,support Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), and coordinate activities that strengthenour ability to operate during disruptions. You will also leverage AI-enabledtools to enhance documentation quality, streamline analysis, and improve programefficiency.What You’ll Do• Support BIA work by gathering data, updating documentation, and ensuringaccuracy and completeness.• Assist with program documentation including assessments, recoveryplans, and updates guided by analysts.• Prepare and track action items and manage program documentation• Use AI-driven tools to streamline data collection, summarize inputs, andenhance reporting.• Provide general program coordination to keep operations runningsmoothly.What You Need to Succeed• 1–5 years of experience in business continuity, emergency management,risk, operations, or project coordination.• Foundational understanding of business processes, technologyenvironments, and risk concepts.• Experience with SharePoint; familiarity with ServiceNow or similarresilience platforms.• Ability to use AI tools for documentation, analysis, and process efficiency.• Clear written and verbal communication skills, plus strong analytical,organizational, communication, and documentation skills• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to work withcross-functional teams.SkillsBusiness continuity, Business continuity planning, compliance, communication & people skills, servicenowTop Skills DetailsBusiness continuity,Business continuity planning,compliance,communication & people skills,servicenowAdditional Skills & Qualifications• Preferred: undergraduate degree; certifications such as ACBP, CBCP, MBCP,or similar.Experience LevelIntermediate Level

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Lehi, UT.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
