Job Description:

Responsible for capturing and supporting delivery of business and/or system requirements (based on specialization) to deliver significant business outcomes. Works with stakeholders to understand needs, capture requirements, perform impact analysis, and works closely with the development team(s) to refine the requirements into actionable specifications. Posseses a deep understanding of the business/technical domain and the main applications within the domain, and provide thought leadership based on the significant experience they have built through multiple software implementations. Influences stakeholder strategy, and understands the needs to help envision and create a solution to solve a problem. Establishes and builds relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations. Leads cost/benefit analysis to align technology solutions to business strategy. Gathers & catalogs functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests. Acts as the subject matter expert within the business/technical domain to support scope and requirement decisions. Determines the impact of modifications and enhancements to applications across a business/technical domain; assists with identifying integration points and end-to-end solution design. Ensures changes to the application are compliant with bank standards and policies. For vendor applications, works closely with the vendor to ensure changes meet bank requirements, including assisting with acceptance testing where needed. Assists users and development teams in application testing and troubleshooting, and may help with test planning and configuring test solutions to validate functional and system needs. Leads continuous improvement efforts to create, analyze, and improve processes and solutions. Mentors more junior Analysts.

Erica 2.0 is the enterprise AI platform powering next-generation conversational experiences across the bank’s digital and IVR channels. This role will be part of the core team enabling Erica’s evolution into a scalable GenAI platform—helping lines of business move from idea to production through structured use case intake, requirement definition, technical discovery, and onboarding support. The individual will partner across business, technology, and platform teams to unlock high-value AI capabilities, accelerate adoption, and ensure solutions are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with bank standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Shepherd tenant teams through the end‑to‑end onboarding journey, ensuring smooth integration with platform services and alignment with best practices.
  • Review technical workflows—to diagnose issues, validate assumptions, and determine when to engage SMEs.
  • Translate AI opportunities into executable plans by analyzing use cases, defining requirements, and identifying platform dependencies.
  • Bridge business strategy and technical execution by connecting stakeholder goals with platform services, data flows, APIs, and delivery milestones
  • Accelerate platform scale by identifying repeatable patterns, process improvements, automation opportunities, and capability gaps.

Required Qualifications:

  • Business Analysis: Strong ability to evaluate use cases, gather requirements, and translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
  • Technical Acumen: Comfortable understanding data flows, and analyzing API/integration patterns at a functional–technical level.
  • Data Literacy: Comfort exploring datasets, understanding schema, and performing basic troubleshooting on data-related issues.
  • Integration & Systems Thinking: Ability to identify platform dependencies, assess capability gaps, and troubleshoot integration issues end‑to‑end.
  • Stakeholder Management: Skilled at guiding teams through onboarding milestones from ideation to production, ensuring alignment and clarity.
  • Process Optimization: Experience identifying operational inefficiencies and driving improvements in workflows, documentation, and tooling.
  • Structured Communication: Clear, concise communication with both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Generative AI Familiarity: Understanding of LLM concepts, prompt workflows, enterprise GenAI patterns, and responsible AI considerations.
  • Product Mindset: Ability to identify platform capability needs, contribute to feature definition, and think about the platform as a product.
  • Automation & Tooling: Experience with designing & building lightweight automations, dashboards, or workflow tools to improve scale and transparency.
  • Agile / SDLC Experience: Familiarity with iterative delivery, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration processes.

Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
