Shape the experiences that connect our retail partners and customers across terminals, web, CRM and the retail counter.
This is an opportunity to influence more than what appears on a screen. You’ll consider the complete retail moment, including the interaction between our technology, retailer teams and customers, to create experiences that feel intuitive, accessible and connected.
Embedded within a delivery squad, you’ll lead discovery, bring clarity to complex design challenges and evolve the design system that connects each retail touchpoint. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering and Business Analysis to make user understanding and design quality a shared responsibility across the team.
What you’ll do
- Shape experiences across terminal, web, CRM and retail
- Own and evolve the Retail Systems design system
- Design end-to-end retail journeys and interactions
- Lead discovery into user needs and opportunities
- Create screens, flows, prototypes and service experiences
- Embed usability testing and evidence-based design
- Navigate commercial, technical and regulatory trade-offs
- Uplift design quality across delivery squads
What you’ll bring
- Strong product, UX and interaction design capability and experience
- Experience designing complex, multi-channel experiences
- Expertise in design systems, accessibility and responsive design
- An understanding of service design and physical environments
- Experience creating personas, journeys and research-led solutions
- Confidence influencing product, technical and commercial stakeholders
- Sound judgement when navigating competing design priorities
- Experience with modern design and prototyping tools
- Familiarity with Figma and agile product development
