  • Maintain integrated issue, risk, action and decision logs, ensuring clear ownership, deadlines and appropriate escalation.
  • Develop solution options, recommendations and interim workarounds to support project continuity while decisions are pending.
  • Communicate Regional decisions and requirements to Country teams, ensuring alignment, understanding and follow-through to closure.
  • Conduct regular Country progress, risk and issue reviews and identify recurring issues or common themes across countries and releases.
  • Translate recurring Country issues into structured improvement initiatives and support the enhancement of Regional standards, guidelines and governance.
  • Define and maintain clear RACI, decision rights, escalation routes and Regional/Country responsibility boundaries.
  • Prepare concise management reports and project updates for Regional and Country stakeholders to facilitate timely decision-making.

  • Strong capability in integrated planning, cross-workstream coordination, RACI/decision-right design and management reporting.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for project tracking, analysis and management reporting.
  • Strong English communication and documentation skills.
