This role partners with laboratory operations, business leaders, and IT teams to ensure operational data is accurate, accessible, and actionable for performance monitoring, process improvement, and strategic planning. The scope includes reporting and dashboard development, data analytics, data warehouse utilization, reporting governance, and ongoing support of business intelligence platforms used across the organization.
