Overview: Woodgrove Solutions, LLC (Woodgrove) is leading-edge Management and Technology Services firm providing data engineering, analytics, and advisory services to both the Corporate and Federal sectors. Currently, we seek several highly motivated Data Engineers to support Federal government clients by designing, developing, and implementing modern data solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable data pipelines, integrating disparate data sources, and developing innovative digital tools that transform raw data into actionable insights. This position requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. In this role, you will work alongside a dedicated team of engineers and analysts to design, implement, and maintain Palantir-based solutions that drive data-driven decision-making in support of critical missions. Your expertise will be key to enabling our clients to leverage advanced data integration and analysis capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, applications, and integration solutions.
- Implement robust data transformation workflows, ensuring high-performance and scalability.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate on setting best practices for data management, security, and governance in enterprise data environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues using .
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of digital tools, optimizing for maximum efficiency.
- Provide expertise in data modeling, integration, and data visualization to support analytical efforts.
- Support and maintain the full lifecycle of data tools and related services.
- Ensure compliance with DoD security and data protection protocols.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering
- US Citizenship is required.
- Ability to retrieve Active DoW Secret Security Clearance (required for access to sensitive information).
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and other data-related programming languages.
- Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and working with large-scale datasets.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working within the DoW or defense industry.
- Familiarity with enterprise data platforms such as Advana, Databricks, Snowflake or similar technologies.
- Experience with advanced analytics or machine learning applications.
