Sr. Software Engineer and Team Lead (Java, React) | Vilnius

As a Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead, you will join a skilled team of engineers building a unique product for financial data reporting. This is a greenfield project with a mixed tech stack and microservice architecture. You will play a role in development using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, and TypeScript, and working with Node .js, React, Redux, and Saga. As well as leading and growing team members.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership and people management – growing and mentoring the team (25%).

• Development (75%).

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in software development.

• 2+ years of experience in Tech/team lead role.

• Essential skills: Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Relational Databases, React, Redux, Redux Saga, Node.js, git, advanced HTML and JavaScript knowledge, DevOps and cloud knowledge, application monitoring, leadership, team leading, tech leading, client interaction.

• Nice-to-have skills: Angular, NoSQL DBs.

The salary range for this position is from 6000 to 7300 EURO gross before taxes.* The salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate.
