About the role:

Analyse and define user problems and business needs, perform feasibility studies, and translate business requirements into functional specifications so that customer needs can be transformed into concrete IT application requirements.

Which tasks can you expect?

  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead discussions with stakeholders regarding system configuration.
  • Provide the basis for technical analysis and development work.
  • Validate development outcomes against agreed user stories and acceptance criteria through functional testing.
  • Organise and coordinate integration testing to ensure solutions work end-to-end.
  • Continuously improve software quality, processes and functionality.
  • Handle unexpected situations and solution system bug fixes
  • Maintain legal and regulatory compliance through ongoing research and learning.

What do you have to offer?

  • Degree in Business, IT, Information Systems, or similar, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Salesforce platform knowledge.
  • Kantata/Kimble PSA knowledge.
  • Agile delivery experience.
  • Requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
  • Functional testing and UAT management.
  • Process mapping and documentation.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to share knowledge and support others.
